In 2021, I experienced systemic default among major property developers firsthand. The projects were delivered; payments broke down. Facing enormous losses, I chose to ask my creditors for time and fulfill every obligation.
Being a victim does not entitle me to decide unilaterally that someone else’s waiting no longer counts as a cost.
